Accidental or duplicate transactions may be reviewed on request. Contact Bad Hounds promptly with the transaction details. Eligibility and timing may depend on Square and applicable payment rules; we do not promise an automatic refund or a fixed timeline.

When physical merchandise launches, product-specific shipping, returns, exchanges, and damaged-item policies will be published before purchases are accepted.
